As your personal LC I promise to make sure I hear you and your personal goals around breastfeeding. I know it is hard, but if you have the right Village I truly believe in the most successful longevity of breastfeeding or chest feeding.  


PRENATAL LACTATION VISIT

  • We go over birth prep using Yoga, Pranayama, and other techniques including scenarios of why your birth may or may not effect your Milk & how to protect your Milk supply & feed your baby in the early stages

  • Birth plan prep (You tell me what you want & I write your plan), this includes unlimited revisions to meet your needs

  • Anticipatory guidance on the extreme importance of initiating breast feeding within the first few days after giving birth, no matter your birth outcomes

  • Unlimited text support while in the hospital & the first 2 weeks back home

  • PLUS +++ everything in the initial consultation (1 in-home visit once you get home with baby)

Follow Up Consultations

What This Consult Includes:

Breastfeeding challenges can evolve as your baby grows and in some cases we will need to see each other in person after the initial visit. This could be a few days later to 6 months later

Follow-up visits help address issues like:

  • latch difficulties

  • milk supply fluctuations

  • growth spurts

  • returning to work or introducing solids

Paced Bottle Feeding

$159

Why This Consult Matters:

Paced bottle feeding is a technique designed to mimic the natural flow and pace of breastfeeding when feeding an infant with a bottle. This method helps prevent overfeeding, reduces the risk of choking, and supports better digestion by allowing the baby to control the pace of milk intake.

Billing

I am an out-of-pocket provider, if you have insurance I will provide a super bill so you can get reimbursements (it is up to your personal insurance to decide on how much they will reimburse you)
